Bill

Hi I called and changed my direct debit to the 28 July the guy on the phone told me no problem you won't be cut off and now you are cutting me off the earliest I can pay is the 11th but I did call and he said OK

Not much we can do to help, I'm afraid @Rakesh1978 as we're customers. Best you give Sky a call. Ask them to listen to the phone call recording.

@Rakesh1978  I don't know what has happen here but sky's billing system is automatic and can't be override by a cs agent unless they get a manager to do it for them I believe 

 

all you can do now is pay and setup a new continuous payment method alternatively try calling from a number not linked to your account or by using 141 before Sky number
