Do you have Sky services?  You may be logged into a SkyId not associated with these services?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Realistically would you expect to pay nothing for your Sky services?

How do you pay? Do your future bills say £0?

@Eileen11111

Were you a customer of Sky in the past and returned after being away for 12 months or more ?

Re: Bill says 0 but sky takes 40 from account

I am thinking that is the problem.

How can I find out what email is linked to my account?

It's my ageing mum's account I pay automatic with debit card with each month and don't recall recieving a paper or electronic bill.

I had been recieving regular emails that I didn't read for the account that has bills past and future of 0

Did your Mum have Sky in the past and came back after being away for 12 months or more ?

If so do you remember setting up a new online account so you can access her details ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Re: Bill says 0 but sky takes 40 from account

I was having a very productive chat last week with a sky rep and they got me my account number etc.but the chat just disappeared before I got to take down number or got email attached to the account etc.

Is there any way I can chat to someone that can solve this problem for me?

Re: Bill says 0 but sky takes 40 from account

I'm not feeling the love from sky with no contact today.

Is there any easy way I can contact them?

I have failed on phone as they won't entertain me when I don't know my account details.
