My bill has doubled

I've received my second bill and it's almost double the amount? Can you explain why please?

@HDavis95  If you've just joined Sky or taken up new offers then the 1st couple of bills will be higher https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged-bwm-t1

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
