I still use the 3 mobile 4g router, it's been fine since I bought back in February.

@ham70My system is fine and working as it should.  Very pleased with it.

Broadband is via Vodafone 4G.  The company I purchased from stated they are the best in my rural area.  That's not to say a different provider wouldn't be better for you.

I recently moved rural with no phone line so no broadband. I opted for EE 4G wireless router which gives me 39M download speeds and a good internet connection with my smart tv, computer and all hand held devices but ....... it will not work with my sky Q. if the boxes are connected by ethernet cable, sky Q recognises the router and takes the password but the internet connection on the settings page shows connected .... not connected ..... connected ..... not connected. it continually drops in and out every 5 or so seconds and consequently the mini box will not connect, just says no internet connection. Also, the RED button functions will not work so no recap of football or F1 etc. One sky engineer told me the boxes were not compatible with EE router, another told me its to do with the 'ping' not the download speed, anything less than 25 wont work with sky Q. my ping is 47. Does anyone have a solution for me?

I tried to install using a 4G router this afternoon, I could get the main box but not the min boxes.

Gave up in the end as the customer is getting plusnet next month
