Being harassed by sky sales

at least once a month I'm getting phone calls off sky asking me to come back, the first one offers me my old package for £37, two quid more expensive than I was paying before I cancelled

I've told them I cancelled because I don't feel it's value for money and the terrible way they handled the sound glitches

they've been calling me back ever since offering the same price, I've told them now on four occasions I won't be coming back

they keep phoning, not even lowering the price, is there a number I can phine to get them to stop phoning me?

asked all the representatives to take me off the list and everyone of them agreed and said it would be done

It hasnt, there is no way I'd go back to Sky, I just want these annoying people to stop calling, they're so incompetent they don't even try lowering the price

was hoping that someone might know a number I can call to get them to stop

@JoeSatch007   You could try raising a complaint https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint#make-a-complaint-contact-us  and ask them to remove you from all marketing calls.  Under GDPR you also have the right to be forgotten.  Sky should abide by this if you request it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The right to be forgotten is not absolute - they may have a legitimate purpose to retain (ex)customer details.  However, you can ensure consent is revoked for any marketing.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
