i am a long standing sky user and have recently changed my phone and i cannot remember the Email address or the password that i used then and i need both to be able to download the app on my new phone

@walkaboutgone try the forgotten username link on the log in page. If you can't retrieve your details that way, you'll need to call as @GD1 posted.
