Being charged for Sky Talk and not even got a landline phone

Good Evening All,

 

So I have just looked at my sky bill that is due to be paid soon. I noticed that it is very high this month (£145) and that last month it was £101. 

 

When I looked further into the bill, I noticed that I was being charged £81.05 for "charged calls". When I saww that I was angry as I don't own a landline phone and have not owned one since 2018. 

 

Is anyone able to help me with this problem, as christmas is around the corner now and this isn't best time or fair to me.

Do you have broadband with Sky at all?  If you do you will have a Landline that can make calls.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I do have Sky broadband. However, the bill is saying that I have called various local numbers through the landline. The issue I have is that we don't have a landline phone plugged in and have had one since 2018, as that was what my dad used to contact me before he died in 2018.

No they are from two/three different numbers.

@kgooding28Are the calls for long periods of time or just short few second calls?

One of the calls acoording the bill is over an hour. The rest are under one minute. I'm just so confused by this, as this doesn't make any sense to me that I'm getting charge for something I haven't used. According to the bills the calls were taken over seven day period.

On February  2022 sky they charged me 75.10 for calling  and I didn't made any call and I don't have a handset in my flat since 5 years
