BT Sports 1 not working

We keep getting a message that the channel is effected by a problem with the satellite signal but this channel has never worked and is the only one of the sports package channels that shows this message. We have tried restarting the box and all other solutions that the help button offers us but no joy.

Hi there, how do you pay for the BT Sports, is it via Sky or BT directly?

Thanks

Re: BT Sports 1 not working

@nimhysully @I had the same issue, BT sport 1 and 3 run off the same transponder so check that BT sports 3 is not showing the same message, I believe the horror channel and London live also run off that transponder.

Are you using sky q from a communal dish?

Hi @nimhysully

You will have to give Sky a call and get an engineer out to check and possibly fix your dish alignment.
