We are having trouble with our sky mini connection. The picture keeps breaking up when we are watching the tv. Have tried resetting and hasn't made a difference.

I will paste a reply that I have just given to someone else with SKY mini connection problems:
Often problems with the mini boxes are due to the main box
thus one thing to try is a power down restart your main SKY Q box :
Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each of the mini box agaiin
When I first had my mini installed over 4 years ago I had problems with it loosing the network.
I found that moving it a short distance to be slightly more directly 'above' the main box (bedroom above the lounge in this case) & turning off wifi on the AV Amplifer that was next to it resolved my problem & I only very rarely have problems now
In my case I have BT internet so the mini solely relies on the wifi generated by my main box (& not my home wifi) & it is possible that the AV amp being right next to the mini was causing interference - although moving the mini just a few inches may have also helped
Neither of these may cure your problem but I think worth a try

Hello,
we have tried turning the power off on both boxes however that has not made any difference.
The mini box is located in the room next to the main box rather than upstairs and is located right next to the wifi box.
thanks

Hi @emma11828
If you are not on Sky Broadband and your mini is next to your Router then the mini will have difficulty connecting to the main Q box WiFi.
Try moving the mini and router as far apart as possible.
If you are on Sky Broadband then you could try connecting the mini by Ethernet to the Router.

Yes we are with Sky for our broadband
