Problem with Sky box. Hard drive message.

I have a message saying " This service is not availablebecause of a problem with your Hard Drive Disc" What do I do ?

I get this message from time to time. First step is to try powering off the main sky q box at the mains for a minute and see if a reboot resolves it.

I've never had that message. Personally I'd be calling Sky and report it as a fault. Chances are your box will fail completely.
