@funicular1953 Customers of BT Sport could have bought a package direct from BT Sport and pay them, or could have subscribed through Sky. If you subscribed through Sky you have to cancel it through Sky. Hope that helps.

@funicular1953  You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: BT Sport

Rubbish generic answer. I want to know specifically about BT Sport not Sky.

@funicular1953 If you pay for BT Sport through Sky then you have to contact Sky as described. That's the reality.

@funicular1953  @GD1  Is correct in his response, unless you pay bt directly to view bt sport via sky In which case you will need to contact bt directly

Re: BT Sport

Hi

Sorry but what does that mean? Pay BT through Sky? I have SKY TV/Broadband/Phone. This was the first time I had bought BT Sport for my 74 year old husband for his birthday and I just spoke to an online person and that was it. I now need to cancel, for financial reasons, like many other things. However I can`t seem to find where to cancel just BT Sport. Sky are marvellous at pointing out where you can sign on but not sign off.

Christine Age 69.

Not totally doolally but not that good with technology. Any help appreciated and sorry to that other person who I was a bit short with. Not sure of his name.

Re: BT Sport

I`m sorry about my answer to you. I should have re-read it before pressing. Things are a bit difficult at the moment although that is not an excuse to be rude. Thank you for trying to help.
