Anyone won the Uber Eats voucher?

Hi guys just a heads up beware of uber eats I just read the reviews for the app not good at all if you win the voucher please check  all the reviews they are all 1 star before you order I'm glad now I had trouble with mine and could not get my voucher to work as I would have not seen the reviews what is shocking is that sky is supporting this company in there prize draws

@Park+fence I have finally managed to use my voucher.

Is it showing as a voucher in your wallet? 

I had to set up a payment method and when I had got my order ready it just came off automatically. Hope you get it to work soon

That's a really useful tip, as many 'voucher winners' may not have been previous customers.

I 'won' one of these in Ireland, €24. It applied to my account as a voucher, but when I try to use it on payment it says payment type not valid. Contacted Sky VIP who told me to contact Uber Eats. To say they have been of no use is an understatement. They keep asking for info from me, but seem to think they issue is I can't apply the code from Sky. Very poor service, and Sky should be more careful who they work with I think.

I have just won a £20 uber eats voucher, unfortunately the code does not work.

I contacted sky vip and was told the issue was with uber eats and to sort ot out myself with them! Great customer service!

Just on my own problem with the voucher, I couldn't get any help from Uber Eats. In fairness, Sky VIP contacted them in my behalf and were able to find out that the issue was a security block on my Uber Eats account. At no point did Uber Eats tell me this, but sure enough when I asked them they said there was a temporary block on it (No idea why). Used the Sky credit successfully today, but would not use Uber Eats again (Unless there's more free food going!)

I have actually won twice. The first time was a breeze and easy to navigate. The 2nd one wont apply and doesnt appear in my wallet. I have tried contacting UE customer services but they just want to bat it back to Sky who in turn pass me back directly to Uber! As it stands, I have only managed to use 1 of the vouchers, not both of them.

The terms and conditions are a bit messed up as they say that you can enter between 1 July and 09:00:00 on 29 June 2021 and that all enteries must be received no later than 09:00:00 on 29th June !

That makes no sense! I have also entered the comp. £600 on food is the dream! 🤣🤣🤣
