When I try to access Sky Go I get an error message which baffles me:
'To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription.'
I subscribe to TV and phone, I use the app regularly on my mobile and tablet and never had a problem.
I don't want to or need to upgrade so please shed some light on this problem for me please.
