Hiya!
So, I finally switched to Sky Broadband (and Talk). Unfortunately, I had some charging issues I with my previous provider. I spoke with a Sky representative & he mentioned that I could apply for Switching Credit. This I did & happily my request was accepted. My question:
How is the credit applied to my account & where can I find it from the Home page?

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill
which will show your current bill, if it doesn't show on current bill click on the future bill tab on same link
credit will show within 14 days of request being accepted
