Bill higher than quoted

Hi I have had sky for 3 months and opted for ultra fast broadband but was offered sky TV and the equipment for free and was only meant to b paying 32 a month but have noticed I'm being charged 12 for the TV which wasn't discussed on the phone anyone any idea why this is

Has the 3 months free Sky TV come to an end, even if it hasn't as we pay in advance you would see a charge for it on the 2nd bill as that would be for the 3rd month. If this doesn't apply then all you can do is to call Sky to see what they say.

 

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
