Amazon Prime

Howdy All,

 

anyone else had this issue? I open Prime fine and when I select any title to watch I get -

 

"something went wrong - try again later or visit Amazon help."

 

this has been the case for 2 weeks. Called sky and updated apps and software version and called Amazon and they had no idea. I can play primes on other devices just not through my Q box.
