All4 casting please

Sky should get channel 4 to integrate app casting from mobile device to the all4 app on glass. This is possible from mobile devices to chrome casts. 

channel 4 need to bring an update to all4 that addresses the missing content issues and allow for casting which would help when content is missing on glass but not the phone app.
