My Sky glass TV keeps freezing. I've tried all the reccomended fixes, but it still constantly freeze

The Sky glass TV constantly freezes. Ovevtried all the reccomended fixes, but it still keeps freezing. It has returned toothed TV guide. This is happening on a regular basis. It is now becoming  a real pain.

If you have tried everything you have seen online and it's not working.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
