Activated discovery plus already still no access

Hi

activated discovery plus ages ago, was watching something last week, decided to go in and finish watching and it's now not letting me access and need to activate account, I log in and I can't put in a activation code as it's already activated. So how I access it?

 Is this a normal issue?

Hi @Coors123 

Seems to go through activation if you haven't used it for a while.

Checking here I got the same.

You need to press continue with activation and go to the webpage in step 5.

Might take a couple of attemps

How to login with your discovery+ account on your Sky Q set top box 

To login on your Sky Q set top box, do the following. 

  1. Select discovery+ in the app section of Sky Q 
  2. Press the blue Login button 
  3. On a smartphone, tablet or PC go to https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb
  4. Login to your discovery+ account 
  5. Then on the web browser, go to https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/link
  6. You will then be taken to the device pairing page.
  7. Once you have entered the code it will confirm whether or not the code has been accepted. Each code is refreshed after 5 minutes, so if you enter the code incorrectly or take longer than 5 minutes to enter the code, you will get a new code 
  8. When the code has been successfully entered, the screen on your Sky set top box will automatically refresh and take you into the discovery+ app 
  9. Enjoy using your discovery+ account on Sky Q!
