Access denied help!
Having problems signing in to Sky.com. just keep getting the message:
Access denied
You dont have permission to access "http:/skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/" on this server.

A tech guy said to get in touch and say sky is blocking my IP address.
It only happens when I use the wifi, if I use my phones data I can sign in.
My broadband is with virgin.
Any ideas??

Yes, it looks like your IP address is on a list blocked by Sky. If you turn off your router at the plug for half an hour or so you should be allocated a new IP address, which hopefully won't be on the blocked list.
