Broadband Shield

I want to turn off Sky Broadband Shield, but I have been trying for the last few days and all it constantly  says is 'There's a problem,try again'. 

 

Is there any other way to access this as it's driving me nuts

Thanks for the help, but still the same on Chrome incognito saying "We're sorry there has been a problem"
