500 Errors all over sky.com website

Hi,

Is there's something wrong with the sky.com website? For at least the past week, I've been having real problems with it. Whenever I click on a link, more often than not it's timing out and giving a 500 Error ("The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable"). And even when the pages are loading, they're being super slow, sometimes 20-30 seconds to load a page.

It doesn't matter what device or browser I use, and it's not my internet connection, becuase other websites are loading fine.

@Ado I saw a bunch of http 500 errors on Sunday which were resolved each time by a page refresh. Haven't seen them since, so I took it to be a temporary glitch of some kind.

Thx @Annie+UK and @Mark39 let me know if reoccurs - nothing of note in monitoring so its useful to get real user experiences too!

this problem is still occuring when trying to go through your checkout on any browser / device.  It has been a lot worse in the last 2 weeks but has probably been happening since December - sort this out!!!!!!

Haven't come across any HTTP500 errors since.

Not specifically 500 errors but regularly get blank loading pages, pages that just hang and don't load and constant failure to get through the checkout journey with the "sorry we are having  technical difficulties try again later" - they must be aware of this as I regularly test the website out as I am a key affiliate with them.

Me too i reloaded and refreshed and It dint work it kept saying technical issues sky can u please fix this if you are reading this sky

@Luna+102gamergirl where specifically are you seeing http500 errors? I haven't come across one in months.

I am recovering errors when getting sky broadband at checkout and its says 404 page not found

If you can't place the order via the Sky website due to this error then give Sky a call as they will be happy to place the order for you.

Nahhhhh thats not the issue I'm am loving in to my account and it says 404 page not found @caesarome

I'm not clear when this error it so is it happening at the checkout or when you login to your account via this link: 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

No matter where it is, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, close it down and reload it.
