Hi. My new broadband hub has just arrived. (Hurrah). My activation date is next week. I have to return my old hub. Luckily I can use the box my new hub came in. It has two return labels in it. One for collection point and one for Royal Mail.
My question is :-
Should I write a note to put in the package or is my information on the label.

The information that it this is from you should be contained within a barcode printed on the return label so it just gets scanned in when it arrives as it's destination.
