50 Pound Mastercard

I have just had major problems in receiving a owed payment back from sky this month, they have told me i will recieve it now in two to five days,  The concern i have ive reordered sky and the man in the shopping center has said that he would give me a 50 pound mastercard for my order, i dont trust sky at the moment and how will i know if i will be receiving this.
