Speaking with someone through chat

Hello I want contact someone but cannot call so is there a live chat? I used it before but currently I tried to look for it but it is no longer available (uk)

There is a live chat service, but it's not suitable for all purposes. If you can you tell us why you want to speak to Sky, we can advise you.

It's some questions about the bills and I want a private chat so I can freely discuss them please

There's a messaging service you can find via the still need help button at the bottom of this page. It takes several seconds to populate. 

Note it's not a synchronous live chat service. Replies from Sky won't be instant, and it's probably not the best way to have a protracted to and fro conversation: https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/cancelling/cancel-my-subscrip...

A phone conversation would likely be a much better way to deal with your query, unless you have general questions that we can help with here.
