So it was working fine all day then suddenly lost connection. I have tried everything resetting the router, hard reset etc, all light cone back on green and all looks fine but no internet. Not even hard wired to the sky main box which is still saying we sre not connected. It is like it is stuck in some sort if loop. Its driving me bonkers and have pretty much reset everything. Any ideas, my wife has a really important call tomorrow and I cant seem to get round this issue at all. Need urgent help really !I do wonder if it is a router issue ? Help desperate.con

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@joanna+kennedy I have experienced the same loss of service where there are no obvious errors or faults showing.
The cause for me had been sky's dns service failing,
The fix was to use an alternative dns, (google 8.8.8.8) cloudflare 1.1.1.1) are a couple of options.
Any dns changes are per client device,
If your issues are not dns related, it's easy to roll back to sky's dns service & you can rule out any dns problems.
