still being charged for netflix separatly
I've got Netflix included in my package but they are still charging me when Sky were supposed to take this over and it's been months now since I joined Sky

Have you activated your Sky account via Netflix as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
If you have then you will have to contact Netflix themselves about this.
