sky took money via DD no bill for it

hello,

 

I cancelled my Sky subscription on 15 October 2024.

I was charged £46.00 on 16 October for the period 16 October - 15 November

I returned my router but there was a delay due to royal mail, this dispute was resolved via https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Sky-returning-equipment-home-router/m-p/4851899#M239218

I got an email to say I would be refunded £47.53 and that would appear on my next bill (16th Dec 2024)

There is no such bill, and I have been charged £47.53 by Sky Digital on Thursday 16th Jan

Can somebody please help resolve this?

Do you see a credit on your bill for this amount as withoutveeeing what has happened it might be that you haven't been charged but either the credit for the overpayment has been added or it has been refunded to you.

the latest bill I have is from October , which has no credit on it

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
