sky cancelled my subscription

hi I have received an email  from  sky saying my sky puck subscription has been cancelled yesterday. is this a scam?

What address did the email come from?

Did it address you personally, starting Dear XXXXXX (your first name on the account)?

Post the content with any personal detail redacted.

Are you behind with payments?

That reads as an email from Sky to me so do you plan on calling them about this or do you want us to escalate your post to the messaging team on here ?

Looks genuine @hclem , you'll have to call Sky to see what is going on.

As it's now the 10th, have your services stopped?

Have you made changes to your contract recently?

Does anyone else know your details?

Accounts are not normally in credit, so how did that happen?

Funny I got this mail too but stated my service will be cancelled on the 24 February. But my contact until 2027. I will call Sky and ask why this error was sent.
