Cancellation

I want to cancel my broadband and TV. I rang yesterday and they offered me a better deal. However things went downhill on the phone and I requested I be put through to cancellations. While waiting I got confirmation of my new contract. Rang this morning my broadband hadn't been cancelled and due to a technical issue my TV can't be cancelled. I have received an email stating my broadband will be cancelled. My issue is I want email confirmation of tv cancelation. I dont want to be told I didn't do it in time when I'm actually trying. I'm not well and really can't deal with all this stress.

You whabe to call Sky again to asktjem to check if the TV package you have has been cancelled if you see no mention of it via your online account.
