We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.
Sky will contact you if they claim it hasn't arrived at the Unipart warehouse. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting.

Regarding return of Q equipment you are unlikely to receive any response from Sky.
Main thing if you have made returns is that you keep proof of return indefinitely.
