We are customers here so you should be able to check this yourself if you still have the proof of posting receipt as it might have the tracking info allow you to check this online.

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Sky will contact you if they claim it hasn't arrived at the Unipart warehouse. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Regarding return of Q equipment you are unlikely to receive any response from Sky.

Main thing if you have made returns is that you keep proof of return indefinitely.
