If Netflix is part of your TV package then you need to sign in with the same details as you have done via your Sky TV equipment.

As customers here we can not change any pin so this is something you will need to do yourself via the Netflix site.

Sky won't (and can't) change any 'code'.

Netflix Premium permits four devices to be streaming simultaneously.
