scream

New customer can't get connected up for everything till 29th August.  However you sent the scream box and said after 14 days you bill me. No way I can't  connect it up till the 29th Aug so I should not be getting a bill . It is sitting  in a box please sort this out

That's standard practise ( and included in the T&Cs), billing for Sky Stream starts either when you activate the service or 21 days after delivery, whichever comes first.

We're other customers - we can't sort it out for you...

 

However, as noted, the terms you agreed will come into effect.  Feel free to call Sky once activated and see if they will credit for any period where you could not access it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
