My netflix through sky has turned spanish
My netflix (through sky) has turned to Spanish and the email address on there is a random @paapo.com email address that isnt mine, obviously looks like it's been hacked but what do I do to get this sorted? The live chat feature isn't working.

You will need to contact Netflix themselves for help with this and once you have then you then need to change the password on the Netflix account:
