Sky Mobiles courier did not deliver my products and returned them to sky.

Basically i ordered an iphone 16, charger plug and a case for it all under one agreement, about a week went by and DPD had not delievered or updated the tracking info so i got in contact with sky and they said to leave it to their hands and had told me they would try to redeliever the product. Although this was not the case and they just cancelled the whole agreement and are holding the 74.40 pounds i paid at the beginning in "credit" found in the bills and payments section. Could anyone please advise me on what to do or if this money is able to be trasferred back to me or what happens next.

Is it possible you failed the more enhanced credit checks that take place because if so the devices would not be sent to you as the order will be cancelled.

 

You will need to speak to them again about this if you order is now showing as being cancelled. The money already take should automatically be refunded to you within a few weeks.
