returning equipment

Hi, so I keep getting emails and text messages regarding returning equipment, I posted the unwanted puck back to sky and have proof that it was delivered form royal mail with a signiture, date and time, I got this from the tracking number provided by royal mail. (screen shot)

 

Todays email told me i have 20 days left to return the said item or face being charged, the proof of delivery states it was delivered and signed for on the 21-01-2026.

 

how can I get this sorted?

Yes i have the recipt from the post office and screen shots from the post office tracking website with a screenshot of "proof of delivery" and someones signiture if that helps.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
