Female engieer

I had a visit today from a female engineer. She was so lovely, phoned me within the 2 hours window to let me know she was on the way (so helpful and has never happened before). She was so respectful, explained everything and was a breath of fresh air. Very impressed with her and sky for the female engineer service. Highly rate 10*

@Nic5471 I'd suggest officially submitting this feedback via this board on the forum https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Send-Thanks-to-Sky/idb-p/sendthanks 

 

If posted on that board, Sky will do the upmost to make sure the positive feedback/comments are sent directly to the employee.
