returning delivery

DPD tried delivering a skyq box and it was also confirmed by skyvia email  a new contract I dont need a new contract anyway DPD took it away and said to get in touch with sky cusomer service Ive tried chat and lost it !!! everything but what i want. Tried telephoning and dont understand what she wants of me!!! Anyone know an address i can send either by email or royal mail Thank you be kind Im 84 years old not too good with computers and almost deaf Oh and my husbands carer  😞 😂

Do you know why it was not delivered and was this a replacement Sky Q box ?
