i recieved an email saying i was due a refund , email was dated 7th april 2026, do we know when this refund will be made ?

We've arranged for this to be paid back to your Bank Account and your money should be with you in three to five days.

Have you checked your Sky account ?

The refund when done should take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
