refund has taken 3 weeks

i've called up 15 times to sort my refund being told 3-5 days each time. spoke to numerous managers and still nothing. i've waited nearly a month now for my refund.

You haven't said what the refund is for. If you've now cancelled Sky services the refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.

i did a upfront cost for a mobile but got declined. i've got messages from sky saying it would be in my bank multiple times in 3-5 days for the past 3 weeks

Unfortunately you will need to persevere on the phone. Refunds after failing a credit check take at least 14 days.

which is what i'm stating it's took 3 weeks and i've been told i'll get a refund 5 times and it was on the way and it hasn't. i wanting to escalate this

Hi @charliem18   I'm afraid that the escalation process is currently not available. Your only option is to contact Sky.

@charliem18 if you haven't already, use the complaints web form to put it in writing. Clearly there's an issue if Sky have, in good faith, tried to make the refund to your bank numerous times without success. There's no point Sky doing the same thing again - it will just fail unless the underlying issue is fixed.
