Refund due to leaving

I would like to know where my refund is please I was promised it would be in my bank account the 1st week of august, I will not return your  sky box until I've received my refund, you kept my husbands money when he passed away

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

You can't hold the Sky equipment to ransom! Sky will charge you non return fees.


Refunds are taking a bit longer than the normal 6 weeks. We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.

 

At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.

You will have to keep calling Sky about this because as you have discovered they are not the quickest at refunding any credit left on accounts.
