payment

hi upon my release from hospital earlier to day after 3 weeks in hospital i checked my online banking i see sky tried to debt my account for £123.96 i have arrangement with bank not to pay anything over £100.00 when i payed £84.00 in may i was told my bill would be £63.00 a month so i would like to know why the tried to debit £123.96 for june subscription

@tam69 Sky don't use email as a means of inbound communication. But you can call them.

@tam69 I'm afraid as we're customers here, we can't tell you. Does your bill cover more than a month? Or are yiu perhaps being asked to pay for 2 months?

NO IT DOES NOT COVER 2 MONTH CAN YOU POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WERE I CAN EMAIL THEM ABOUT THIS

Your online Sky bill should help you to answer this, it can be viewed via the MySky app or online here:
