payment bill

i have a direct debit that got cancelled by my other bank due to closure but i try to log into my sky it either says it's restricted (i am the account owner and the account payee) or it says unavailable right now and i can t get in to pay my phone bill.

If your phone is working you could call Sky to give them your new payment details.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
