Sky will have verified your identity before doing so. Did you provide them?

Hi I contacted Sky regarding my outstanding balance and got a cheque raised. Is this sent via email or in the post? Because if it's via post I think its going to my old address and there is no where on my account to change this?

Cheques are sent via Royal Mail post. You'll need to contact Sky to put a stop on that cheque and either raise another or reinstate your previous payment method so it can be returned to your bank.
