Compensation for Delayed Broadband Activation

I've recently had Sky Broadband installed, however due to an Openreach mistake, the service wasn't activated until 7 days after the initial date.

According to Skys own website, we should receive £6.24 per day compensation for delayed provisioning, however my first bill is the usual amount.

How do I receive this compensation?

Where compensation is due, it's paid automatically as a credit to your Sky account within 30 days of the issue being resolved.

@MrWatermelon  It should be applied automatically within 30 days of the issue being resolved

so you need to wait for that time to elapse first
