I've gone through all of the steps to try and fix whatever the issue is but no joy. Tried to check if there was any service problems but when i logged in to do that I got a message saying there is no address linked to my account. I can't find any emails after the initial welcome,/order confirmation so I have no idea what my account number is either.
Router issue just for info is no internet light. Voice light orange. power and wifi lights are green. tried all teh steps suggested in help but no luck at all.
Any ideas?
