Overcharged

Last year my broadband contract was due to run out and I was offered the choice to do nothing or look at offers. They're was one for the same broadband speed I was recieving and a Sky streaming puck for 45 pound a month, the same price I was paying just for broadband. So obviously snatched up the deal. However I have since realised after two months of having sky stream I am now in receipt of two bills, one of 45 pound for a rolling contract broadband, which is not the case as I renewed with the deal in January. And another for 28 pound for the sky stream. Without spending hours on hols how can I speak to someone to rectify this issue please?

If you don't want to phone then you could register a complaint but it might take a little while before you are contacted about this:
