no access to billing using wifi on mobile phone

I am unable to access billing online or through the app while using wifi, if I use mobile internet I can access the billing no problem at all.

I get this error message 

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/bill?" on this server.

Can someone at sky please look into the problem and rectify it ?

There appears to be a fault with this as you are not the only customer to report this. Sky have been made aware of this,
