Refund

Good Morning,

I switched from Sky Q Box to Glass and I was charged for both subscriptions in the same month. My Sky Q bill now has a credit on the account and I was wondering how I can get the refund please.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@leighbroad79 if you contact Sky, they'll manually refund it via your direct debit (or card if that's how you pay) within 5 days.
